Christmas Ornament Making at Two Palms Convalescent in Pasadena

Yesterday, several members of A-1 Home Care's corporate family took a trip to Two Palms Convalescent Home in Pasadena for a round of arts and crafts. We loved being able to spend time with the elders that we met.
We had a lot of fun making sparkly Christmas ornaments with glitter glue, and made loads of new friends!

This is Verne. He used to work with airplanes as a young man. He regaled us with stories about his wild days driving 1964 Corvettes, and how to operate ham radios.

After the art activities, we finished our Christmas cookies, lay our ornaments to dry, and presented the activity director, Lerna, with a gift bag of goodies for her generosity in inviting us to the center.

We were so happy to meet all of the great elders at Two Palms Nursing Center. We hope you love your Christmas decorations, and hope to see you again!
